Birthday Cake FAQs
When should I book my birthday cake?
I recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for popular dates. Availability is limited as all cakes are made to order, so early enquiries are always best.
Do you offer cakes for allergies or dietary requirements?
At this time, I do not offer allergy-free cakes. My kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, so cakes are not suitable for anyone with allergies.
Do you offer delivery?
Cakes can be collected from Clathymore, Perth (PH1). Delivery is available for nearby venues or hotels, including Perth, Auchterarder, Crieff, and Gleneagles, depending on availability.
Delivery prices start from £30 and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
How should I store my cake?
Most cakes are finished in buttercream and should be kept refrigerated until around one hour before serving. If your cake will be on display for an extended period or needs to travel, you can request a chocolate ganache finish for extra stability.
How do I order a birthday cake?
To order, please complete the contact form with as much detail as possible. I’ll then be in touch to discuss your design and confirm availability. A non-refundable £30 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before collection or delivery.
Can I order a cake for same-day celebrations?
As all cakes are made to order. I don’t offer off-the-shelf or same-day cakes.
